Question 1

Does Life C-Port™ fit my phone?

Accepted Answer

It is designed as a universal fit for phones from 5 to 8 inches long and up to 3.25 inches wide. Search your model above for an instant answer. Tablets, handheld consoles and laptops are coming soon.

Question 2

Does it work with a case on?

Accepted Answer

Yes for slim and standard protective cases. Thick rugged or waterproof cases change the geometry enough that we would rather check your specific case than guess.

Question 3

Will it work on an older Lightning iPhone?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when the phone is within the supported dimensions. The retention bar captures the cable behind the connector, so both USB-C and Lightning connectors can work.

Question 4

Are tablets, laptops or handheld consoles supported?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Tablets, handheld consoles and laptops are coming soon and are not available right now.
